One day you decide to grab that copy of Pokemon Yellow to boot up your old save file. To your surprise the cartridge is filthy! That doesn't stop you from inserting the cartridge into your gameboy though. You make it past the title screen, only to be greeted with two options, New Game and Options. Your save file has been deleted!

Last year the Admins over on Forum Promotion came together to create a new holiday where forum owners and users could come together to celebrate the threads that bind us. That day is called "Global Forum Day" and it's today, April 7th!

You go to reach for that game you haven't played in a long time. You pop it in your console, and the bios for the console you're wanting to play displays on your tv screen. You eagerly await your console to read the disc, but then a error pops up.

On this day many of us in the United States get the day off to relax with friends and family. The swimming pools open for business, just in time for summer to begin. While we are partying and having a good time today we should remember why we get this extra day off from work. This is the day where we should remember those who have fallen in battle, those brave soldiers who went off to fight for our freedoms and never returned home.
