Just a quick update. The domain name and license has been renewed, and it looks like I can upgrade to version 6.2. I will be doing this once I back up everything so just a heads up we might be offline for a brief moment in time just to ensure things are updated properly.

Yeah I 100% agree with that. They really should have done more research but they just decided I guess that they wanted to bring Digg back and welp they gave up too quickly.

Honestly it's the time aspect now, part of me wants to go and make it but the other half is telling me that I could incorporate that into Thee Zone lol. I need to clean up this forum since I have a shit ton of sub forums left over from three other forums I merged to make Thee Zone. Plus RPG Haven could use some more activity but I'm not really sure how I could go about getting it out there other than maybe promoting on Reddit since RPGs are pretty popular.

I would have assumed that they would do proper reaserch before they launch, given that Digg was quite a big deal back in the days. One of their current founders is also a cofounder of Reddit. Will watch this space to see what Digg comes up with.

What would stop you from making the new platformer based forum? Just curious to see how other people handle urges to start new forums. 😅

You can never go wrong with a Thinkpad, those things are built rock solid! I can drool over the Thinkpad X1 Carbon. That thing is a work of art.
