I have issues with my eyes now, dr has recommended me to live offline.

I brew Chinese green tea or matcha and apply it directly on my pimples to treat them. It’s a method in the Chinese traditional medicine. Tea has medicinal properties for the human body. Back in ancient China, they used tea for every ailment. Ginger tea for common cold and flu, gingseng tea for extreme fatigue and relaxing the mind, body and soul.

I don’t mean tea bags, but loose leaf tea brewed in a teapot. I have a preference for jasmine tea, Chinese and Japanese green tea and finally matcha.

I apologize for not posting for 2 days, but I have been rushed to the ER. My neck has become numb and stiff. I have drug-induced dystonia. They have given me new meds to take, and so far it has been working wonderfully.

I eat it with sushi or as an appetizer personally.
