Guilded

Guilded is my favorite chat software. It's similar to Discord but it's much more organized. They also had forums before Discord did, and they offer everything for free unlike Discord where you have to have a Nitro subscription for certain perks. I never got in a voice chat on Guilded, so I'm not sure how well it compares to Discord for that feature at least. I recently have been spreading the word about the platform, I feel more people should switch to Guilded to have a better experience. I already got Cam interested from Forum Promotion, since he joined my server earlier today. Feel free to download the software and make a server of your own to try it out, I highly recommend it! My server is below, I promoted it in a separate thread but I might as well do it again here in this thread.

Oh and for those interesting in making money online, Guilded has a program you can set up to earn money from members in your server! Plus best of all, Guilded only takes around 2% unlike Patreon that can take anywhere from 8% to 12% of the money you make on their platform. It's easier to get monetized compared to Discord, since you have to be a Discord partner to get monetization which can take a bit.

Unfortunately Guilded is currently down. I hope it can come back online soon! I was looking forward to chatting with people on the official server.

Welp, Guilded has made a stupid decision. They are going to require all members to use a Roblox account to log into the chat client now. All new sign ups need to be through a Roblox account and those who already sign in via email will need to sign up on Roblox in order to keep using Guilded by July 15th. So I've been checking out other Discord alternatives. I'll talk about them in another thread though.

Welp that's all she wrote. If you want to join Guilded or have been a member on Guilded you need to connect your account to a Roblox account in order to use the chat client now. I connected my account weeks ago since I want to keep it. Though honestly I might not be as active as I once was. I've been using Revolt and sticking to Discord.
