Building taken by floods! Unbelievable.
This issue would not have occurred if dams were made of concrete. What we don’t know is whether buildings were built to combat flooding too.

No weather warnings were given either. The weather agency should be held more accountable IMO - evacuations could have saved lives if a warning was raised.

This is terrible, it's no wonder that these floods were so destructive. These dams need to be to be inspected as much as possible and built to last. Also no weather warnings?! That's crazy, I can't imagine what was going through these people's minds when tragedy hit. RIP to all those lost in the floods.
