Daniel Khalife escapes prison

I see these weaknesses:

1) The prison is over-crowded with limited staff. This meant it took a while for staff to notice, buying time for Daniel Khalife. The numerous vehicle checks that need to be done meant that Daniel Khalife was not noticed hising under the vehicle.

2) Daniel Khalife was stupidly moved from a category A to a category B prison despite being a terror convict and being a former army officer meaning military skills would give him an edge in escape tactics.

3) Daniel Khalife was stupidly elected to work in the kitchen which as well as containing sharp objects like knives, is a common source of escape due to deliveries.

Most importantly, he was found could flee the country (even if illegally)

This had to happen given the CCTVs and all that. I'd have thought he'd have been smart enough to wear a full body mask or something like that though esp given his military expertise!

They need to build a new facility or maybe be less strict about certain charges such as petty crimes. They aren’t that strict about petty crimes in the UK. In fact the police don’t even have the capacity to investigate severe crimes like rape and murder, let alone the more minor crimes like theft.

In fact, there’s been controversy over thefts not being investigated enough due to being labelled as “trivial”.

While I understand the frustration, especially as tech has progressed and CCTVs provide useful evidence, I do agree that the most heinous crimes need to be prioritised for investigation.
