I've noticed a influx on different chat clients.

You know I've recently seen a influx on chat clients coming out since Discord decided to pull the ID verification nonsense. It got me thinking, which ones are really going to stick around? I also created a new community for alternative platforms too that I need to promote here and on some more places to get it out there. I wonder if and when this phase will die down? I can see Root staying and Stoat. Other ones I'm not so sure about yet.

Seriously though, providing documents when you are try to protect yourself and staying anonymous......it's just a lost cause in my dictionary.

I think a good number of people have ditched Discord. I can't completely give it up since Forum Promotion uses it to keep up with staff and the Sonic Hacking Contest also uses it which I'm a judge in.
